1000 - Introduction
This Human Resources policies and procedures manual has been developed to highlight human resources policies applicable to the employees of Regional Center of the East Bay (RCEB). From time to time RCEB envisions that it will be necessary to change policies, practices and benefits described in this set of policies, and employees should not expect the policies to remain constant forever. Accordingly, RCEB reserves the right to amend, supplement or rescind any provision of this policy manual, other than the at-will provisions applicable to non-bargaining unit employees, as it deems appropriate in its sole and absolute discretion. Although we will strive to announce changes, this may not always be feasible, therefore some changes may be made without notice. If you have any question about a particular policy or benefit, please contact the Human Resources Department.
