2021 Alameda County Virtual Transition Fair – For students with developmental disabilities and their families, teachers, case managers, and staff to learn about the transition process and adult services in Alameda County

MARCH 13 – EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS SATURDAY, 9AM – 3PM VIA ZOOM
March 13th will be devoted to Educational Workshops. Participants will have the chance to pick and choose presentations across three different “tracks”.
MARCH 18 – VENDOR FAIR THURSDAY, 6:30PM – 8:30PM VIA ZOOM
March 18th will be our Vendor Fair, where participants will have a chance to learn about adult services and supports in Alameda County and connect with local providers.
