In accordance with Section 4519.5 of the Welfare & Institutions Code, Regional Center of the East Bay held two public meetings in 2013 regarding data relating to Purchase of Service (POS) authorization, utilization and expenditure with respect to consumer’s age, ethnicity, primary language and disability. These meetings were held in conjunction with our regularly scheduled Board meetings.

Information about the Capitol People First Settlement Agreement
The Court has provided preliminary approval of the Capitol People First v. Department of Developmental Services Settlement Agreement and scheduled an April 24, 2009 Court Hearing regarding Final Approval of the Settlement Agreement. RCEB is providing Notice of Proposed Settlement to interested persons. (Posted 3/10/09)
