The Regional Center of the East Bay (RCEB) is a private, non-profit corporation providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities under contract with the California Department of Developmental Services.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS
Purchase of Service Data
In accordance with Section 4519.5 of the Welfare & Institutions
Code, Regional Center of the East Bay will hold two public
meetings regarding data relating to Purchase of Service (POS)
authorization, utilization and expenditure with respect to
consumer’s age, ethnicity, primary language and disability.
These meetings will be held in conjunction with our regularly
scheduled Board meetings as follows:
