The Budget & Finance Committee meets prior to every board meeting and is responsible for monitoring and reviewing the annual budget and expenditures of the corporation. The committee reports on RCEB’s financial position as well as makes fiscal recommendations to the Board of Directors at the monthly board meeting. In addition, the Budget and Finance Committee serves as the audit committee and is responsible for the approval of the independent auditor. The Committee reports on the results of RCEB’s annual independent audit, including any findings and recommendations, to the Board of Directors.
